Methodology – What we do and how we do it.

Every engagement with Authentic Transformations begins with a comprehensive leadership assessment and evaluation. Depending on each leader’s goals and specific needs, I use a combination of tested and proven assessment tools, interviews with you and your staff and leaders, and my own observations to gather insights about your style, background, pain points, and strengths. Based on my insights, I co-create a plan with you that forms the basis of our coaching engagement.

During our transformational coaching, I employ natural language processing techniques that enable you to gain insight into your motivations and goals. I support you to shift unhelpful mindsets and envision a plan to achieve your career aspirations in an empowering and safe space.
