Amara Emuwa is a certified executive coach. She works one-on-one with business executives and groups of leaders to strengthen positive behaviors, develop new capabilities, grow influence, and deepen impact.
Amara has spent most of her career life working with organizational leaders and CEOs across industries and cultures helping them to build capacity and achieve top performance.
Having conducted extensive research on leadership effectives and authentic leadership, Amara is equipped with the capacity to help executives, CEOs, and emerging leaders develop effective leadership behaviors and make the right connection with organizational members.
On transformational coaching, Amara works with individuals using the NLP techniques to explore within to understand who they are, identify purpose, develop action plan to pursue their dreams and achieve desired results.

Amara was a senior HR executive of a Fortune 500 company and has held multiple corporate development roles across various industries and cultures. Her experience has exposed her to the dynamics, challenges, and pains of organizational leadership.
She has worked with corporate leaders, executives, and multicultural teams and organizations in Africa, North America, and Europe. She has also conducted studies on authentic and effective leadership published in peer-reviewed journals.
